The Eindan Empire of Elves are the only people who have magic at their disposal. They use this overwhelming power to subjugate all the other kingdoms of the land.
Each kingdom's rulers must swear fealty to the Empire, and they must send a hostage to live in the Eindan capitol to be sponsored by a high ranking Eindan Magi.
You are a Magi sponsoring your first hostage. How will you treat her when you have complete control?
